Emburse Professional partners with CSG Forte to reimburse employees through ACH payments. This article explains how administrators apply for and configure Emburse Pay Professional with CSG Forte.
Emburse Pay Professional is an additional service. Contact your account representative to add Emburse Pay Professional to your Emburse subscription.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, confirm that:
- Your organization subscribes to Emburse Pay Professional.
- You have Full Administration access in Emburse Professional.
- You have your organization information, reimbursement estimates, bank account information, and organizational ownership information.
Submit an Application to CSG Forte
Your organization must submit an application to CSG Forte before it can reimburse employees through Emburse Pay Professional. You can submit the application from your Emburse Professional account.
-
On the Emburse Professional homepage, select Settings.
-
Under System Integrations, select ACH Account Information.
-
Enter the requested organization information. CSG Forte requires all fields to review your ACH application.
- Business Category and Type of Business: Select the option that most closely matches your organization.
- Average Reimbursement Amount: Enter the estimated average reimbursement amount for one expense report.
- Maximum Reimbursement Amount: Enter the estimated largest expense report your organization will reimburse through Emburse. If you are unsure, enter a higher estimate.
- Annual Reimbursement Spend: Enter the estimated total annual reimbursement amount for all employees.
Select Next to continue.
-
Enter the bank account that your organization will use to fund employee reimbursements. Select Next to continue.
-
Designate an Account Controller. The Account Controller is the main contact for CSG Forte and must have significant responsibility for managing your organization's operations. The Account Controller can be a business owner, executive officer, or senior manager, preferably in the finance or accounting department.
- Ownership stake: Enter the Account Controller's ownership percentage. Enter 0 if the Account Controller does not own any part of the organization.
- Social Security number: Enter the last four digits of the Account Controller's Social Security number.
Applications with an invalid last 4 digits of a Social Security number will be rejected by CSG Forte.
-
For each additional individual who owns 25% or more of the organization, select Add Owner and enter the owner's information.
You do not need to include individuals who own less than 25% of the organization. You can skip this step if no individual owns 25% or more, such as for a publicly traded company or government entity.
- Review the application information.
-
Select Submit.
-
Review the CSG Forte Merchant Services Agreement and download a copy of the terms for your records. Acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms, then click Confirm to submit the application.
CSG Forte will then review the application. This process typically takes three to five business days. Your organization's administrators will receive an email notification after CSG Forte approves the application, indicating your organization is ready to begin reimbursing employees.
CSG Forte may contact your organization with questions about the application or ownership structure.
Check the Application Status
To check the application status at any time, select Settings > System Integrations > ACH Account Information. The current application status displays on the page.
Configure ACH Debit Filters
Depending on your financial institution's security settings, your organization's bank account may block ACH withdrawals. To prevent reimbursement delays, authorize CSG Forte to withdraw funds from the account. Provide the following company IDs to your financial institution:
