Organizations that use Emburse Pay ACH services can initiate ACH reimbursements for expense reports and invoices in Emburse Professional. Users with the Treasurer permission can initiate these reimbursements. This article explains how to select reports and submit them for ACH reimbursement.
Prerequisites
- An Emburse Professional administrator assigned you the Treasurer permission.
Initiate an ACH Reimbursement
- Log in to Emburse Professional.

On the Home screen, select Reimbursements.

Select the reports to reimburse through ACH.
Employees who have not added direct deposit information to their account will not be eligible for ACH reimbursement and the Payment Method will be locked to Mark as Paid until the information has been entered. For instructions, see Entering Direct Deposit Account Information for Domestic ACH. If an employee has not saved direct deposit information, select Mark as Paid to reimburse the employee outside Emburse Professional or wait for them to enter the required information.

Optional: Use the Employee GLD filters at the top of the page to limit the reimbursements displayed in the Treasurer queue.

Select Reimburse Report.
The reimbursement will be sent to the employee within two to six business days, depending on your organization's ACH configuration with CSG Forte.
