Expense Report Performance Improvements
For expense report submitters, we recognize that spending time building an expense report is not how employees want to allocate their time. That’s why we’re committed to reducing the overall time it takes to submit expenses.
Recently, we completed a significant refactor of the expense report Drafts page, aimed at reducing the time it takes to load and save expense lines.
The performance improvements are most noticeable in larger expense reports, but the benefits of the refactor will apply to all scenarios. In one extreme example, a large expense report which previously took over 70 seconds to load expense details, is now taking under 7 seconds!
This enhancement has rolled out to our entire customer base and all expense report submitters are now enjoying the improved performance.
