Manage Custom Dimension Value via SFTP

Certify AP has added a new data import type called Custom Dimension Values. This will allow companies to manage the existing custom dimension values via SFTP. You can use the data import to do the following actions:

  • Create a new dimension value
  • Update dimension name (if existing Code is found)
  • Update dimension active status

To do this, you will need to define the following columns in the template:

  • CustomDimension: Refers to the name of the dimension field.
  • Code: Refers to the code of the dimension value.
  • Name: Refers to the name of the dimension value.
  • Active: Refers to the status of the dimension value.

Certify AP Roadmap Page - Help Center 

We have added a new page on our help center where the customers can view our Certify AP roadmap progress. From the Help Center, click the Submit an Idea dropdown and select AP Roadmap to access the page.

New Approval Detail Page

We continue to update the new approval detail page based on client feedback. In this release, we have added the following:

  • Allocation Amount: Displays the allocation amount in the line item modal in addition to the percentage.
  • Comment User Type: A new indicator appears on the Comments tab that shows whether the comment is added by the submitter or approver.

Bug Fix Notes

Issue Description
CAP-7615: InvoiceStatusReport: Dept Filter not working correctly An issue was found where the invoice status report using department filter was displaying invoices outside of the selected department. This has been resolved.
CAP-7626: Spelling mistake on VendorChangeReport An issue was found where there was a spelling mistake on the vendor change history report. This has been resolved.
CAP-7733: Edited Req Qty/Amount not updated properly An issue was found where the requisition data was not properly updated in the new approval detail page when the approver edits the values. This has been resolved.
CAP-7734: GL Search field not filtering the result An issue was found on the new approval detail page where the GL dropdown was not filtering when user was searching the value. This has been resolved.
CAP-7735: Total is multiplied by number of attachments An issue was found on the new approval detail page where the transaction total was multiplied by the number of attachments. This has been resolved.
