Credit Invoice sync to EmbursePay 

For clients using EmbursePay/B2BPayment, if you process the credit invoice (or negative amount invoice), it will now be synced to the EmbursePay platform.

New Invoice OCR Validation

We have added a new validation message for Invoice OCR. If the line item total on the Invoice page does not match the InvoiceTotal that was parsed on the Invoice via OCR then you will see the following validation message:

The [total invoice amount] is the Invoice Total parsed on the invoice document.

Force Invoice Approval Workflow

We have added a new company preference that requires invoices to include the SAF invoice approval process, even if they are matched to PO or Packing List.

On the Company Preferences page, you will see a new setting called Enforce Reapproval On All Invoice.

Once this is enabled, if the invoice line item is matched to PO or Packing list the invoice will require users to go through SAF approval process.

Description

CAP-7067 | Errors are displayed when user approve/disapprove req via email

An issue was found where the approvers were seeing an error message when approving/disapproving requisition via email. This has been resolved.

CAP-6895 | Incorrect invoice approval status update

An issue was found where if the invoice was rejected before accounting review, the invoice was marked as if it was rejected by the accounting reviewer. This has been resolved.

CAP-6978 | PO Item not reopening when PL deleted from dashboard

An issue was found where if the Packing List was deleted from the Home page dashboard, the closed PO item on that package list did not re-open. This has been resolved.

CAP-6991 | PL Link not visible on the InvoiceArchive/Manage Transactions

An issue was found where if the invoice line item is matched to packing list, the packing link link was not visible on the invoice in InvoiceArchive and Manage Transactions page. This has been resolved.

CAP-7056 | Invoice Queue Email sent to wrong users

An issue was found where the invoice queue email notification was being sent to everyone with Check invoice permission rather than only the users in the invoice’s BillToDepartment. This has been resolved.

CAP-7062 | Attachment not added during the approval process/dashboard

An issue was found where the attachment was not being added to the transaction during the approval process or when added via home page dashboard. This has been resolved.

CAP-7031 | Vendor not visible on the invoice for vendor/dept restriction

An issue was found where the vendor associated with department via Role was not visible on the Create Invoice page. This has been resolved.

CAP-7054 | Update 0 Error Email

An issue was found where some payment failure emails didn’t include a detailed message. This has been resolved.
