Credit Invoice sync to EmbursePay
For clients using EmbursePay/B2BPayment, if you process the credit invoice (or negative amount invoice), it will now be synced to the EmbursePay platform.
New Invoice OCR Validation
We have added a new validation message for Invoice OCR. If the line item total on the Invoice page does not match the InvoiceTotal that was parsed on the Invoice via OCR then you will see the following validation message:
The [total invoice amount] is the Invoice Total parsed on the invoice document.
Force Invoice Approval Workflow
We have added a new company preference that requires invoices to include the SAF invoice approval process, even if they are matched to PO or Packing List.
On the Company Preferences page, you will see a new setting called Enforce Reapproval On All Invoice.
Once this is enabled, if the invoice line item is matched to PO or Packing list the invoice will require users to go through SAF approval process.
