The Active User History Report gives billed-per-user clients visibility into which user accounts they were billed for at the start of each month. The report can pull data from August 2022 onward.
This report appears in the Financial Oversight and Auditing section of Reporting.
Please Note: The Active User History report is only visible to companies that are billed per user (and not by expense report or by activity).
1. Open the Active User History Report in the Reporting tab.
2. Use the search parameters to select from past months, and click Submit. Data is pulled from the 1st of the selected month.
3. View a list of users that were active on the 1st of the month. The report also features a count of users at the top of the page.
