Resending Welcome Emails to Individual Users

Occasionally, you will have to resend Welcome Emails that might not have been received when the user's account was initially set up. 

1. On your Emburse Professional homepage, select the gear icon. On the System Configuration page, select Manage Users

2. On the Manage Users page, use the search bar to find a specific user, or use advanced filters to find a group of users. 

3. Click the tri-dot icon next to the user.

4. Click Resend Welcome Email from the dropdown menu. 

 

5. Confirm that you would like to resend this user's Welcome Email and click Send. 

6. The user will receive a Emburse Professional Welcome Email with their initial login credentials.
