Resending Welcome Emails to Individual Users

Occasionally, you will have to resend Welcome Emails that might not have been received when the user's account was initially set up. 

1. Enter search parameters to find a specific user or group of users. To view a list of all users, leave all fields blank and click Submit. 


2. On the View and Edit Users page, click the edit (pencil) icon next to the user's name to open the User's Details page.


3. Select Resend This User's Welcome Email.


4. Confirm that you would like to resend this user's Welcome Email.


5. The user will receive a Certify Welcome Email with their initial login credentials.
