Emburse NetSuite Connector

The Emburse NetSuite Connector for Emburse Professional (Emburse Expense Professional) enables administrators to set up automated, direct syncs between NetSuite and Emburse. With a built-in interface, custom scheduling options, and error handling, the Emburse NetSuite Connector gives the Administrator total control of their integration and full autonomy to make changes as needed, making this a truly self-service connector.

The initial release of the Emburse NetSuite Connector integrates common such NetSuite objects as Employees, Vendors, Expense Categories, Departments, Credit Card Accounts, Customers, Projects, Subsidiaries, Classes, and Locations.

Customers’ Emburse Professional accounts will be populated with existing NetSuite data, streamlining the onboarding process in Emburse Professional. Nightly updates will ensure any change made in NetSuite is reflected in Emburse Professional the following day.

Approved expense reports will export as a Vendor Bill or as an Expense Report to NetSuite, depending on the customer’s preferences. Custom scheduling options will allow Administrators to specify when exports occur.

New and existing customers can learn more about our NetSuite connector in our Help Center. Have additional questions or want to get started using the connector? Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager!

API Enhancements

Based on customer feedback, we’ve updated the following endpoints with additional fields.

  • GET /expensereports
  • GET /invoicereports

The Settlement Account Name and Settlement Account ID fields have been added to both the Expense Report and Invoice Report API. These fields are only applicable to customers leveraging ACH reimbursements through our payment partner, Convera. The settlement account represents the bank account which funds were withdrawn from to fund a particular reimbursement.

Please note, only the name and internal ID of the account are available; actual bank account information is not available in the API.

Additionally, the Submitted Date field has been added to the Invoice Report API. The submitted date represents the date on which the report submitter submitted the Invoice for approval.

Please visit our API Documentation page for additional information on interacting with our API.
