Adding a Mobile Phone Number

By entering your mobile phone number in Certify, you can keep your account more secure and also receive text message notifications when there is something wrong with your expense reports. This article shows you how to enter your mobile phone number into your Certify account. 

1. On your account homepage click your name, then click Account Settings


2. Enter your phone number in the Mobile Phone field. If the number is a U.S.-based, enter 10 digits without any spaces (ex. 2125551234).

For non-U.S. numbers, enter the country code at the beginning (UK example: 443334441234).


3. Click Save when finished.
