Once NetSuite configuration and mapping is complete, it is time to automate your import/export schedule and initiate your first sync. This article will show Certify administrators how to configure a sync schedule with the Emburse NetSuite integration.
Set a Schedule
1. On the Emburse NetSuite configuration page, click Schedule.
2. Select the day(s) and time for each sync. If needed, a sync can be started manually from the Schedule drawer.
The Import Schedule will create, update, or deactivate any of the objects in Certify that originate from NetSuite (e.g., Users, Departments, Subsidiaries).
- For example, if a user’s last name was changed in NetSuite, the next import will update the user’s last name in Certify.
The Export Schedule will export any expense reports to NetSuite that have been processed in Certify since the last export.
3. Click Save.
Any expense reports that fail to export during a scheduled export window will be added to the Export Errors tab for review, correction, and re-export.
