Once the Intacct configuration and mapping are complete, it is time to automate your import/export schedule and initiate your first sync. Emburse Professional offers custom scheduling for both the import of data from Intacct and the export of expense report data back to Intacct.
This article will show Emburse Professional administrators how to configure a sync schedule with the Emburse Intacct integration.
Set a Schedule
1. On the Emburse Intacct configuration page, click Schedule.
2. Select the day(s) and time for each sync. If needed, a sync can be started manually from the Schedule drawer.
The Import Schedule will create, update, or deactivate any of the objects in Emburse Professional that originate from Intacct (e.g., Users, Departments, Expense Types).
- For example, if a user’s last name was changed in Intacct, the next import will update the user’s last name in Emburse Professional.
The Export Schedule will export any expense reports to Intacct that have been processed in Emburse Professional since the last export.
3. Click Save.
Any expense reports that fail to export during a scheduled export window will be added to the Export Errors tab for review, correction, and re-export.
