Certify's Cloud Migration

In our effort to continually improve and deliver cutting-edge, fully-integrated spend management software solutions, Certify will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on July 19th from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ET. The improvements will provide increased reliability, stability, and scalability to all our customers. In order to accomplish this, Certify will be offline during the maintenance period.

What are the benefits to me and my organization?

Improved stability and performance.

How disruptive is this change going to be?

Certify will be offline on July 19th from 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM during the scheduled maintenance.

Where can I get status updates about the migration and Certify’s functionality?

The status of Certify is updated at https://status.certify.com and you may track our progress by clicking the Subscribe to Updates button.

What changes in service will exist after this change and how do I reconcile these?

Certify will remain the same system you’re already familiar with.  We’re always making improvements but this migration will not introduce any changes in site design or functionality.
