Certify's Cloud Migration

In our effort to continually improve and deliver cutting-edge, fully-integrated spend management software solutions, Certify will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on July 19th from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ET. The improvements will provide increased reliability, stability, and scalability to all our customers. In order to accomplish this, Certify will be offline during the maintenance period.

Why are we migrating?

At Emburse, we’re always working on improving Certify and its performance.  Updating our hosting platform will be a big step toward that ongoing goal.

How does the migration impact me?

Certify’s IP addresses will become dynamic.  This may affect clients with strict firewall rules, proxy rules, or other cases where Certify’s IP addresses are referenced rather than its domain name(s). This is not expected to affect SFTP or API integrations.

Our company previously allowed access to Certify using IP addresses; what should we do now?

We recommend allowing access to Certify using the following domain names:

What changes in service will exist after this change and how do I reconcile these?

Certify will remain the same system you’re already familiar with.  We’re always making improvements but this migration will not introduce any changes in site design or functionality.
