Suppressing AP Email Notifications

Certify AP sends email notifications for events in the system, such as when a user’s Purchase Requisition has been approved.

This email shows you how to suppress email notifications.

1. On your Certify AP homepage, click the gear icon.

2. Click the plus icon next to Users, then click a User.

3. Click the Preferences tab.

4. To suppress email notifications, mark the Suppress email notifications checkbox and click Save.
