New User Permission
Certify AP has added a company-level user permission called Emburse Analytics.
Only users with the Emburse Analytics permission will see the Emburse Analytics tile under the Reporting tab.
SetupUtilities - Move User
In the SetupUtilities User Permission import, we have added two new fields: Department and Department ERPID. AP Admins can use these fields to move Users into another department in bulk.
Please Note: Users must be removed from a SAF approval chain before they can be moved to another department.
Updated Approval Comment Requirement
We recently released a new feature that allows approvers to add line items during the approval process. When doing this, approvers were required to enter Approval Comments in the transaction header section. This feature has now changed to require line-item comments.
Company Data Report - Vendor/Product
Updates have been made to the Vendor and Product fields in the Company Data Report. These updates were made to match the result to the SetupUtilities template. Now, simply copy and paste the data to the template to make bulk changes via SetupUtilities.
EmbursePay - Phone number validation
A new requirement exists for Vendors being reimbursed via EmbursePay. Admins will need to ensure the Vendor's recorded phone number is 10-25 alphanumeric characters. For Ex., 555-555-5555 or 5555555555
