Certify Payments - Failed Payment Notifications
For clients using Western Union as their payment provider, Certify now automates the failed payment process.
In the event that Western Union cannot deposit a payment for an employee, Certify will notify both the user and the company Treasurer(s) via email. The email will include the reason for failure (typically an incorrect account or routing number) and their payment details.
In addition to the failed payment notification, Certify will halt future payments to the user until their payment information has been updated. A message will appear at the top of the user's homepage, asking the user to update their banking information.
On the Treasurer's side, any future payments to the user will be blocked until the user corrects their banking information. The expense report will not be able to be reimbursed for payment.
For clients reimbursing their Invoice Vendors through Certify Invoice, Certify will continue to send email notifications to Treasurers. However, unlike with employees, Certify will not block future payment to vendors.
Kintetsu Travel Receipt Integration
Certify clients using Kintetsu Travel as their TMC will now enjoy automatic import of their travel invoices.
