Approval/Disapproval Comments Saved to the Report Header
Users now have the ability to save and store approval or disapproval comments in the expense/invoice report header.
Anytime a user leaves a comment when submitting/approving/disapproving a report, it will be stored in the approval history. Users who have left a comment will have a new icon next to their name in the approval history.
Clicking the speech bubble icon will open the comment history window, where any user accessing the report can review the comments left by users in the approval chain.
Comments will be saved whether they're from a submission, an approval, or a disapproval.
Comments will also be accessible in:
- Full Approval History
- Print Report
- Expense Report Approvals (Column added)
Please Note: Because only one submission action is shown on an expense report, the most recent comment left by the submitter will display. For disapprovals, each disapproval action will be listed.
