Meal Attendee Groups allows you to add groups of attendees when reporting meal expenses. However, you may have unmanaged attendees from before this feature was added. Importing these past attendees will allow for future, repeated, use.
This article will show you how to import your unmanaged attendees into your Meal Attendee Groups.
Step 1: Login to your Certify Account and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 2: To import unmanaged attendees, select Import Unmanaged Attendees at the bottom of the screen.
Please Note: If you never added meal attendees before, the Import Unmanaged Attendees option will not appear.
Step 3: An Attention notification will appear. Click Yes to continue.
Step 4: The unmanaged attendees are now imported. Use the pencil icon to edit if needed.
