Recalculating CertifyNow! Monthly Fees

If a Certify Now! Administrator deactivates a user, they must click Recalculate Monthly Fee to ensure correct billing.

This article shows you, a Certify Administrator, how to recalculate your monthly fee. 

Step 1: Click the gear icon. 

Step 2: Select Service Plan and Pricing.

Step 3: Click Recalculate Monthly Fee.
