    Hello Jing,

You will have to add a credit card to your business profile and one for your personal. Then it’s as simple as selecting whether a ride is personal or for business purposes. The next time you request an Uber for a work trip simply tap on your personal profile and switch to your business profile. Your trip will be charged to the card you have linked to your company account.

The receipts from the Uber integration are posting twice. In one copy it is picking up the mileage/distance as the $ amount. In the second posting, it properly splits the receipt between the price and tip. Is there a solution for preventing the incorrect second posting of the mileage? Same receipts showing up twice.

    Hello Bonnie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

After you tip Uber, it is a completely separate charge from the mileage on your credit card statement. Because we pull information from your CC statement we will see these as two charges. Additionally, you will receive a mileage receipt and a tip receipt from Uber. I will follow up with you via email.

    Thanks,
