By entering your mobile phone number in Certify, you can send SMS text message expenses to your Certify Wallet and receive text message notifications when there is something wrong with your expense reports. This article shows you how to enter your mobile phone number into your Certify account.
Step 1: On your account homepage click your name, then click Account Settings.
Step 2: Enter your phone number in the Mobile Phone field. If the number is a U.S.-based, enter 10 digits without any spaces (ex. 2125551234).
Please Note: International numbers for the Mobile Phone field are not currently supported. There is no loss of functionality with the Certify Mobile App when a user does not enter in their mobile number as it is tied into the users email and password to login.
Step 3: Click Save.
