Resetting your Password

From time to time, you may want to change your Certify account password. This article shows you how to reset your password.

Step 1: On your account homepage, select My Account.

Step 2: On the Account Settings tab, enter your current password in the Old Password field.

Step 3:  When you enter your new password in the field provided, the strength of your new password is evaluated as you type it. Click the double arrows (>>) next to New Password for a brief description about password strength. Retype your new password in the Confirm Password field and click Save.
