Roles give users permissions outside of their own departments. To see what roles a user has, select the Roles tab. If the user has not been assigned to any roles, this tab shows the message The user has not been assigned to any roles.
Step 1: On your Certify AP homepage click the gear icon.
Step 2: Click the plus icon next to Users and click a User.
Step 3: Click the Roles Summary tab.
Here you'll see if the user has been assigned any roles.
