Delegate User Access to 'Other Actions' Menu

When a Delegate User is acting on behalf of another user to approve expense reports, the Delegate User can now access the Authority Manager or Executive's full Other Actions menu. For this access:

  • The Allow Approvers to edit expenses while approving expense reports checkbox must be selected by the company on the View and Edit Policy page. 
  • The Authority Account user has marked the Approve reports on your behalf checkbox when establishing the Delegate user.


Create New Users Required Fields

The Create New Users page has been modified. Bold and required fields include the following: 

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Role
  • Department

Approver Email may also be required if a company uses Locked Approval Workflow.
