This article shows you, as a Certify Accountant, how to choose individual expense reports to sync.
Step 1: From your Certify account homepage, select QuickBooks Sync.
Step 2: From the QuickBooks Sync Requests page, view the expense reports in your queue at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: From your desktop, run the Certify QuickBooks Sync for the expense reports in your QuickBooks Sync Requests queue.
Step 4: From the popup window, click Synchronize to QuickBooks.
Step 5: From the next popup, select View Expense Report Info.
Step 6: The Sync List appears.
Select the expense report to import to QuickBooks by checking the checkbox next to the expense report.
You may select one, or several specific reports from the Sync List.
Step 7: Click Save.
Step 8: The Synchronize to QuickBooks now shows the number of expense reports chosen to sync. In this example, it is 1 of 3. Click Synchronize to complete the import.
