When logging in from a different workstation or a different web browser, Certify may ask you to answer Security Questions as a second layer of account security.

 

 

If you are unable to answer these questions, please contact your internal Certify system administrator for further assistance.

Alternatively, Certify Support can reset your security questions. Support can be reached at support@certify.com, via Chat, or by calling (888) 925-0510 Option 2.

    Good morning,
    What can we do when a salesrep never put the answers in the security questions, but when they want to login and Certify ask for these questions, and there is no answer ?

    You can contact us at support@certify.com and we would be happy to reset the users security questions for you. I am going to email you to gather more information.
